The State Division of Property Assessment of the State Comptroller of the Treasury office provides guidance and assistance to Tennessee Assessors of Property, and closely monitors their work during a reappraisal year.

Early this year, DPA officials met with all counties scheduled to perform mass reappraisal projects in 2010 and provided a presentation, which included an enlightening section on "Recent Market Trends and Economic Conditions."  We have converted it into two videos to make it easily available to you.
